“Dear James and Donna,
Thank you for the many courtesies extended to Susan and myself during our land search in the Bahamas. I have dealt with many realtors in my development business over the years, but, none have excelled at getting answers quickly or paying attention to all details as you have. Your knowledge of the Bahamas is exceptional and your consideration of our needs has been greatly appreciated.

” Dear James,
I am real estate attorney and George is a general contractor and real estate developer. He and I have spent a lot of time dealing with realtors over the past 10 or so years. I can say without reservation that no realtor is more informed, helpful or genuine than you. You are, by far, the best realtor either of us have ever dealt with. Thank you again for your time.”
