James’ father owned and operated a Bone Fishing camp on the Cherokee Hilltop where James spent his holidays and summers. They were married in 1981 and had two children shortly after moving to Florida in 1983. While in Florida they successfully started and operated two companies where they learned that their customers are their most important asset. Chris Roberts, Broker, Appraiser
Chris, the son of a native Abaconian, is a former contractor, builder and a graduate of Duke University in North Carolina, USA. With a degree in Civil Engineering, Chris has built several residences and commercial properties throughout Abaco. His engineering expertise is key in assisting real estate buyers and sellers with site inspections, pre-sale residential and commercial inspections, and insurance inspections. Bruce Smith, Realtor
Bruce’s first visit to Abaco in 1972 from his native Bermuda, resulted in an unbroken bond with “The Islands of The Shallow Sea”.
A graduate of the University of Tampa with a degree in Business and Economics, he has been hands-on active in the management side of the construction business in Nassau since 1980 and in Abaco since moving here in 2004. His Abaco experience includes residential work in Hope Town, Winding Bay and commercial work in Marsh Harbour. Construction is an important element in any real estate situation. Ritchie and Roshanne Eyma are both Professional Artists and Real Estate Agents. With common interests such as languages and volunteer work they married in 1998. Having obtained their real estate licenses they both worked as sales agents in Nassau for six years. Drawn to the more relaxed pace of life on the family islands they relocated to the Abacos in 2012.
